For standard shipping on local and domestic orders, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and shipping. If you’ve ordered a “ready-to-ship” item, your order will be dispatched within 1-3 days. Many of our products are made to order, as we strive to minimize waste and be as eco-friendly as possible by only using necessary materials. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with UPS tracking information.

For international orders, they are shipped within 3 weeks and can take up to 30 business days for delivery after processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking details.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier (UPS). At this stage, it is the customer's responsibility to communicate with UPS regarding any delivery issues. Please ensure you are available at the delivery location on the expected delivery date. 

It is crucial to verify your shipping address, including apartment numbers, when placing an order. We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages, or items stuck in transit—those matters must be addressed directly with UPS.

In the event that your order is returned to us due to an error (such as an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with re-sending the package.
